I was in search of a good bloody Mary near where I was staying. I came across this little place 10 minutes from me. The atmosphere was nice inside and out. The staff was very friendly, very welcoming. Service was great.. my downsides to this cute little spot is, the bloody Mary wasn't what I was looking for at all. Yeah you had the toppings such as the little meat stick, pickle, and a little piece of cheese..oh I got a bacon bloody so I had a piece of bacon with that 😁. Unfortunately their chaser is only a little bottle of Miller lite, (not a fan of it, so I opted for a spotted cow chaser and paid for the bottle). This bloody had no excitement whatsoever 😥
They have a good selection of food on their menu, I had a hard time deciding but I opted for the creme brulee french toast. As you can see in the picture below, it didn't look like much. The sausage patties look like they were deep fried to a crisp. I mean appearance is everything.. The meal I was expecting to look extravagant come out looking just like a regular dipped french toast along with some extra crispy fried sausage patties. To say the least I was disappointed with the presentation of the meal, However, I was starving so I carried on and finished everything. The food was delicious! Don't get me wrong, I just wasn't a fan of the bland bloody, hockey puck sausages, and the French toast tasted like french toast, But for the extra side order of sausage for $6, I would think that my sausage would come out gleaming and appetizing looking, dripping sweat beads of flavorful grease pockets and wanting me to eat it. But as you can clearly see from the photo, the disappointment I felt 😥 I mean I would definitely go try it again and try something else perhaps, as it is not a bad little spot. I just wouldn't get a bloody Mary again, nor sausages 🤷
