Working with Kelly @ Core Fit Pilates is nothing short of outstanding. Let me tell you, Pilates is a full body workout, brings in the mind/body connection and incorporates some much needed breathing. I have never before gotten such a thorough, full body workout before. Pilates has taught me so many things and truly worked my abdominal muscles like I never could before. Kelly is such a vibrant and upbeat personality and such a great trainer and coach. Kelly is so motivating and as you go through the movements, breath exercises etc. I now see why Pilates is such a GREAT workout that pushes you to your limits. I am so excited for my next Pilates workout with Kelly and am happy to support her amazing and very welcoming studio. 5 stars for Core Fit Pilates!

I took my first HIIT cardio jump board class yesterday and absolutely loved it! Phenomenal Pilates studio! Great instructors and variety of classes. Every class is different, which is amazing and keeps your muscles working! Erika, Kelly, and Liz are so great!!!
