Out & Out

Out & Out Catering / Eatery & Custard is a great experience. I was visiting relatives and had the opportunity to experience this incredible food establishment. We needed to bring food for a 5-year-olds birthday party, and he requested the mac and cheese from Out & Out. Never argue with a 5-year-old…you will lose. We placed our order online to expedite the process and were given a pickup time. We arrived a little after the lunch rush to pick up our phone order. I don't know when I have seen such an extensive menu of options. If you can't find it here I don't think you can find it anywhere. The staff was very helpful making sure that we had everything that we needed to make a birthday boy happy. We ordered a platter of wraps and mac and cheese. Love the options for protein with the wraps. The food was once again fresh and tasty. Everyone from a 2-year-old to an 80-year-old was happy. Not always an easy task. If you live in this area or nearby this is definitely a place to utilize. I can't wait till I come back. I have mac and cheese and custard memories.

Love the food at out and out. Our kids love the ice cream too. But the service sometimes isn’t the best. Most employees are very friendly but a few are unaware of their surroundings and don’t notice people standing around waiting to pick up their online orders. They also do not help people in order. For example, I was waiting for my pick up order for over 5 minutes. During that time, someone else came in after me to place an order at the register. The woman asked “who’s next” instead of checking who was waiting first. I had to speak up after that to ask for my order which was sitting on the shelf the entire time I was waiting. Unfortunately, my food was not warm when I got it home. Simply stating what I observed. I’ll continue to visit as I enjoy the food and people are typically nice there but would suggest some additional training for the employees.

Always make it a point to come get lunch at Out&Out when in from out of town. Best mac I’ve had!

Absolutely delicious food and warm and wonderful service from heaven! We sampled the Roast Beef Sandwich and the Thai Salad with tofu - both were fresh and flavorful, and I loved my salad so much that I ordered a second to take home for dinner! Oh, and the custard was scrumptious, too! The man who welcomed us (most probably the owner) was one of the kindest people who was unbelievably accommodative and just radiated warmth. Certainly a place we'll be revisiting every time we're in town!
