Not sure what to think, honestly. Fantastic marketing and so much money spent on it, but the sales team is just nonexistent. I don’t understand companies like this — they spend so much on marketing, yet their main team is either missing or just not responsive. I’ve been waiting about a week for a quote, and then weeks more just to get an answer. And that phone number — no one ever answers it. Honestly, for four pieces they quoted me around $10k, while overseas I got a quote for $800 including shipping, and in a better material. Seriously, let’s face it — they’ve lost it.

Thought I’d give this company a try and boy do I feel foolish! Comically late and out of spec parts, the counterfeit chinese material certificate was a nice touch though. I got swindled out of $7500 bucks for a box of scrap! Lesson learned. Should’ve used xometry or protolabs instead. If you plan to use parts badgers do yourself a favor and have a tube of preparation H ready to go after they bend you over.

Great company for short runs of complex parts. Easy quoting, superb machining work, excellent customer service, and very competitive pricing. Used for a few projects so far and will continue to be my first stop for future projects as well.

Going into it I knew one off parts were going to be costly. Response times varied from right away to next day. Parts all came faster than estimated. There website is a little glitchy when looking at order details, and would time out about half the time. Parts looks excellent. Just know going into the process if you have a lot of one off pieces it will cost more and have both 3d and 2d detailed drawings to make the process go faster.

I just received my first ever CNC machined parts from PartsBadger and they came out fantastic. I taught myself to use Fusion and designed some custom caliper brackets then printed them on my printer to test fit. Once the design was finalized I uploaded a .step file to PartsBadger and got a quote. A few weeks later and viola! Thanks PartsBadger.
