Have a customer with a double pump wilo system. After a little over a year one pump quit working. Got exact specs, submitted to rep and ordered on Aug 20, 2024. As of Feb 2025 have been told pump should arrive sometime the middle of March. 8 months is the worst service I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my 50 years in the trade. My customer is already on board with researching other options. I could have replaced with Liberty Pump in 3 months time but thought Wilo was a good product and was trying to keep system consistant. Lesson learned. Will be looking at all their properties and converting in near future.

How do I get a hold of a real person on the phone? I tried all the numbers on the website during office hours and forever voice mail. Email sent and voice mails left. We are user of Wilo Pump and looking for accessories. Thanks.
